17 Dec Pay4 Team. New staff pave way for continued success
Over the past year the Pay4 team has worked hard to achieve success for our customers and our business. Integral to our continued success in 2016 is the expansion of the team, with the best people in place. The right people not only have the relevant experience and the drive to succeed, but most importantly, are customer-centric. Therefore, we’re proud to say our new team members at Pay4 have exceeded expectations.
Luke Redman – Relationship Director
A valued addition to the Pay4 team, Luke joined Pay4 as Relationship Director in August 2015 after relocating from Australia. He brings a wealth of financial knowledge and business management in the banking sector. Before joining Pay4, Luke was Relationship Director in the capital and cash-flow solutions team for Australia’s largest SME bank, NAB.
While at NAB, Luke helped clients with turnovers ranging from $5m to in excess of $100m to get the funding they needed to drive growth. And prior to this Luke held various senior positions within the customer service industry, making him the perfect choice to drive our customer relationships.
Having run his own business for several years, Luke understands the issues affecting SMEs. He sees every single customer as unique and deserving of the very best in professionalism, empathy and service.
“The finance industry has changed so much over the last 10 years, yet still to me at the heart of a great finance provider is service and relationships with customers. I’m excited to be building on Pay4’s great start in this area”
Nikki Hammett – Head of Digital Marketing
We decided it was time to amp up our digital presence in 2015. We needed someone who could really get inside the intelligent simplicity of our proposition and successfully take it to the market. Nikki joined the Pay4 team in November 2015 as our Head of Digital Marketing.
Nikki’s 18 years of marketing experience really do speak from themselves. She has worked for Virgin Media and Barclays, with experience in all aspects of digital marketng and CRM. She will be a driving force behind our continued growth in 2016 and beyond.
Of the future of Pay4, Nikki said,
“The alternative lending arena is one of the most exciting areas to work in right now in the the UK and across Europe. Businesses are finding simpler and better ways to finance themselves and Pay4 is the the forefront of that.”
Robert O’Neill – Credit Manager
A large part of our Pay4 ethos is that we treat every business that works with Pay4 as an individual, taking into account their situation and needs as a business. And so, our risk team is a big part of that.
We needed a new Pay4 team member with a strong risk management background who could personally meet prospects and customers.
With 7 years experience working with PwC, Rob O’Neill brings to Pay4 tried and tested approaches in SME financial consultancy. His financial performance management experience, advisory experience, and great interpersonal skills makes our risk assessment and onboarding process robust.
With Luke, Nikki and Rob on board, we are confident that we have the right Pay4 team in place to provide exactly what our customers need.
